Based on the popular comedy series “The Naked Gun” and the television series “Police Squad!” Jim Abrahams, David Zucker and Jerry Zucker. The development of the project, which was originally intended to be broadcast directly to television, began in 2009 with the participation of Leslie Nielsen. Titled “The Naked Gun 4: Rhythm of Evil” – the concept evolved into a short story with Frank Drebin acting as a mentor to a young police officer.
