Plot
Anthony Mackie returns as the flying hero Sam Wilson, who officially takes up the mantle of Captain America. After a meeting with US President-elect Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself at the center of an international incident. Before the real mastermind sees the whole world in red, he must discover the reason behind a nefarious worldwide conspiracy.
